Perfect location next to a beautiful sandy beach, very helpful staff, everything was perfect. Had reasonably spacious guest room with fridge, shower, for instance. The breakfast was very tasty, the pool area was 

The staff were exceptionally kind, incredible and stunning location on the absolute outskirts. Our rooms were a nice size with microwave and fridge.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a kettle and a toaster inside the room. Really enjoyed brilliant food in the bar. The staff was polite and courteous, as well as owner.

Fine and compact room, had a such great stay as on a budget for the summer holidays. A wide array of facilities such as: a kettle and a toaster.

Hard-working staff in all areas, without being intrusive. The food was tasty, I appreciated fruit juice, cereal, and porridge for breakfast.

My room included a kettle and a toaster. The location was marvellous and brilliant for me as it was really close to views alone, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth, and the park. Besides, it was 3 km away from St Edmund's Church.  

Excellent value, room was compact, staff were really helpful. The hotel's position was comfortable and easy, close enough to beach entrance. Truly enjoyed a small fridge, a kettle, and a toaster in the room. Wasn't expecting 

I had an a nice size room with kitchen sink, shower and ready made beds.

Good price for a Christmas stay, convenient for visiting grandchildren due to distance. Did not use facilities but breakfast was good and room was clean.

Brilliant food for breakfast in the bar. Perfect and easy spot near a lovely beach, the cove and Pakefield holiday Village.

By and large, it was handy base for sightseeing in Lowestoft, had much fun and met very amiable staff in all areas. The breakfast was very tasty and you could try toast and porridge etc.
